RM Sotheby’s has listed a rare Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro for sale. The price tag of this ultra-exclusive track car is not known, but we can expect it to go for a handsome sum.
This Valkyrie AMR Pro has only been driven twice by its original owner. The car was used during the shakedown event held at the Bahrain International Circuit and, more recently, at a private track day.
Aston Martin has built 40 examples of the Valkyrie AMR Pro. This car is VIN #08. It is finished in a brilliant shade of purple with silver accents and dark blue Alcantara on the interior.
The Valkyrie AMR Pro is powered by the same 6.5-liter V12 engine as the road version, except that it misses out on the hybrid system. Still, it puts out 1000 hp and 546 lb-ft of torque. Crucially, the car weighs just 1006 kg, which makes it an absolute hoot to drive around a racetrack.
