The Viper Green Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport that was delivered to Automobiles Etcetera in Montreal, Canada, is claimed to be the first one in North America. Apparently, the first car that was actually handed over to the customer isn’t the same.
Miller Motorcars got the honor of delivering the first Chiron Pur Sport. The car is believed to have been handed over to @sparky18888.
This Chiron Pur Sport is finished in Quartz White with split exposed carbon fiber exterior. The interior is wrapped in Italian Red leather and Alcantara. The car is also equipped with the optional Sky View roof. Other details include titanium 3D printed exhaust and black anodized metals.
The Pur Sport is powered by an 8.0-liter, quad-turbo W16 engine which pumps out 1500 hp and 1180 lb-ft. The engine revs to 6900 rpm, 200 rpm higher than the standard Chiron. 0-62 mph comes up in 2.3 seconds instead of 2.4 seconds and 124 mph comes up in 5.5 seconds instead of 6.1 seconds. The top speed is limited to 217 mph.
The Pur Sport is a more track-focused version of the Chiron. It has better cornering capability than the regular Chiron and is geared for acceleration instead of outright top speed. It is 19 kg lighter than the standard Chiron which may not seem a lot, but when it comes to hypercars, every ounce counts.
