Lamborghini
World’s Cheapest Lamborghini is also a boat
World’s cheapest Lamborghini is a Countach and it’s also boat! Well, when I say it’s a Countach, I mean it’s a replica but I’m damn serious about the boat thing. You can actually cross the English channel in this Lamborghini Countach replica- no need to take the train or even ferry. Just float to the other side.
At $27,000 it is the cheapest Lamborghini you can buy and I think it’s better value than a real one. I mean, even a $500,000 Lamborghini with loads of optional carbon fiber isn’t sea worthy. The Amphiborghini is currently listed on eBay UK for GBP 18,995 or best offer.
The car.. er, boat was built in the UK by Mike Ryan, founder of England’s SeaRoader Amphibious Vehicles who also built the amphibious cars for BBC Top Gear. From the outside, it looks very much like a Countach 5000QV with a classic wedge shaped body, enormous rear spoiler and a split window. It’s powered by a Rover V8 which drives twin propellers when in water while rudders help steer it.
So, if you live in the UK and are planning a roadtrip across Europe, then this is the car for you. Imagine pulling into the Monaco harbor in the Amphiborghini for the F1 grand prix.
