Rare Gemballa Mirage GT delivered to a $100 million private Jet

A Gemballa Mirage GT is nothing but a Porsche Carrera GT with a widebody kit, straight-pipe exhausts and a higher tune for the engine. But what makes this particular car rare is the fact that it has the original Porsche steering wheel and not the Gemballa supplied one.

Gemballa Mirage GT : Mode Details

Gemballa makes kits for performance cars and all different supercars. One of their popular ones is for the Porsche Carrera GT. The Carrera GT was Porsche’s flagship car in the 2000s. In stock form, the car’s 5.7-litre V10 developed 603 HP and 435 lb-ft. of torque. Porsche offered a 6-speed manual transmission on this car. The Carrera GT was a rear-wheel drive car. Only 1,270 units were ever made.

Now, the Gemballa Mirage GT adds a widebody kit, exhaust upgrade and an engine tune-up. The Mirage GT develops 661 HP and 465 lb-ft. Furthermore, the company has used an ample amount of carbon fiber on insides as well.

According to the company, only 25 Carrera GTs were ever converted to Mirage GTs. That said, what makes this particular car rare is the original Porsche steering wheel. A different leather cover was available on the steering wheel as compared to the one that came out from the factory. The one that Gemballa uses gets two horn buttons on the wheel.

Delivery of the Gemballa Mirage GT

This particular Mirage GT gets a Gentian Blue Metallic paint job and gets a Cuoio Leather interior. Furthermore, the current owners of the car delivered it to a waiting private jet at the Stansted airport in London. It will make its way home to Lance East Exotics of Perth, Australia.

But before that ,we can hear the amazing exhaust sound of the car as it drives around London.
