The much-hyped Yangwang Altior finally broke cover recently at an event in Abu Dhabi. Now, pre-bookings for the ultra-luxurious limo have opened in China at 2,080,000 yuan (~311,540 USD).
Created to compete with high-end cars like the Rolls-Royce Ghost and Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, the Yangwang Altior comes equipped with features like a large front grille with 137 gemstone-cut elements, polished monoblock dish wheels, a 4.8-metre hand-painted dual coachline along the shoulder, and rear-hinged doors. BYD’s Yangwang has even added a 24K pure gold front emblem.

The limo offers a 4-seat cabin with abundant soft-touch leather, a 21.4-inch folding ceiling-mounted screen for the rear passengers, a couple of 5.5-litre built-in refrigerators with independent temperature control, and 39 speakers from Dynaudio’s Platinum Evidence range.
The amount of 2,080,000 yuan (~311,540 USD) is for the Shanhe Dingyun Limited Edition, which is equipped with an exclusive brown & gold exterior paired with a brown & white interior. Customers will have to deposit 300,000 yuan (45,000 USD).
