The Ferrari Purosangue “feels special”, says Chris Harris
Published on
Chris Harris has been driving around in a Ferrari Purosangue for the last couple of days. Having driven the car for more than 300 miles, Chris believes it drives like a Ferrari should, and more importantly, it “feels special.”
It’s safe to say that Ferrari’s first attempt at making an SUV has been quite successful. This doesn’t mean it’s the best performance SUV on the market, but because it retains the essence of the ‘Prancing horse.’
Powering the Ferrari Purosangue is a 6.5-liter V12 engine. This naturally aspirated motor develops 725 hp and 528 lb-ft of torque @ 6250 rpm. It is hooked up to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Ferrari claims a 0-62 mph time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph.
