Teenager Killed in Lamborghini Huracan Crash in Australia

A 15-year old girl lost her life after being hit by a Lamborghini Huracan in Adelaide, Australia. Her friend was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to the local police, Sophia Naismith and her friend were walking on the footpath outside a Chinese restaurant on Morphett Road in Glengowrie at around 10.00 pm. They were knocked down by the Lamborghini that eventually plowed into the front door of the restaurant.

According to media reports, a 37-year old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing injury by dangerous driving. High speed may have caused the driver to lose control of the supercar.

Damien Epps, SA Police’s acting officer in charge of the Traffic Support Branch said that investigators would look at whether “the manner of driving” and speed were factors in the crash.

The crashed Lamborghini Huracan has since been listed for sale online for A$ 328,888.
