Powersliding into the new year in a Koenigsegg Jesko

Koenigsegg has released a video showing a Jesko test mule being put through its paces on what appears to be a frozen lake. Flogging a 1600 hp hypercar over a low-traction surface must’ve been terrifying, yet fun.
The video features the Jesko Attack with the high downforce kit. The car gets a large rear spoiler, among other aero aids designed to improve overall downforce. As you can see, the rear wing was working overtime to keep the tail of the car in check.
At the heart of the Koenigsegg Jesko is a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with a peak output of 1600 hp and 1106 lb-ft of torque. The Swedes also offer a low-downforce version called the Jesko Absolut. This car is built to reach a top speed of over 300 mph.
