A few hours ago, Pagani teased something interesting on social media. The video features clips of various racetracks from all over the world, with a glorious V12 soundtrack running in the background. The thumbnail shows what appears to be a Huayra R under a cover. Could this be the Huayra Revolucion?
The cryptic teaser doesn’t reveal much. All we know is that it’s “a new creation”. The caption reads: “Turn up the volume. A new creation from the Pagani Atelier is on the right track.”
It’s been 2 years since the Pagani Huayra R made its global debut. Therefore, it seems to be the right time to roll out an update. Like its predecessor, the Zonda Revolucion, the updated Huayra R could get several aerodynamic upgrades. It might also get a few mechanical tweaks.
Currently, the Huayra R is powered by a bespoke naturally aspirated V12 engine that produces 850 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque and revs to 9000 rpm.
Meanwhile, over in the UK, Lanzante is busy building a street-legal Huayra R for a client based on Miami.
