Pagani Huayra R-teaser-reveal

Pagani

Pagani might have just revealed the Huayra R in this teaser

Pagani has released yet another teaser video of the Huayra R. At first glance, you will notice a car that’s under wraps. Here’s a tip – focus on the reflections. It seems Pagani might have just given us a sneak peek.

In the ‘Genesis of the Huayra R‘ video, Horacio Pagani talks about the inspiration behind the car. Besides the Zonda R, he mentions the Porsche 917K, which can be seen in the latest teaser as well. It also includes a standard Huayra and Zonda R. At the 16 second mark the Porsche is replaced by a car we’ve seen before. We suspect that this could be the new Huayra R.

The car certainly looks like a Huayra but has an elongated body. It has a longer rear overhang just like the Zonda R. Other details include the fixed rear spoiler, canards on the front and larger vents on the side.

The Huayra R will get an all-new, AMG-built naturally aspirated V12 engine that has been developed in collaboration with HWA. The engine revs to over 9500 rpm and puts out over 900 hp.
