Remember the Zonda HP Barchetta crash from 2 years ago? Following the accident, the car was shipped to Pagani for a complete restoration. Now, the owner of the ultra-exclusive hypercar has shared an update on social media.
Oleg Egorov, owner of TopCar Design, has shared a short video from inside the Pagani factory. It shows the Zonda HP Barchetta being put back together. The owner claims that all damaged parts are being replaced with new ones. The bodywork is almost ready and is currently being worked on in the paint shop.
Out of the three Zonda HP Barchettas produced, Horacio Pagani owns one. The remaining two were sold to customers at an estimated price of $17 million. The open-top speedster is powered by a 7.3-liter naturally aspirated AMG V12, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
