Online auction sells $8.3 Million worth of Supercars in 3 months

Earlier this month, we had featured a 1981 Lamborghini Countach that sold for close to a million dollars at an online auction. Well, it was not the only supercar that was sold that day.

Sackey & Co., the online supercar auction house, has announced that it sold inventory worth over $8.3 million in the first 3 months alone. Besides the Countach, the company auctioned a Ferrari Enzo, a Lamborghini Miura P400 and a Porsche Carrera GT, with an average price of $2.07 million. No dealers were involved in the sale, and all cars were sold to end-user collectors.

The Carrera GT was sold for $1.87 million. That’s a far cry from the ultra-low miles example that has been listed for $3.5 million. The Enzo fetched $3.75 million, while the Miura was sold for $1.75 million.

The Countach was the only car that failed to reach the $1 million mark. The Nero Tenebre example has undergone a meticulous restoration that alone cost $400,000. Imagine having one of these parked next to a 2021 Countach LPI 800-4 in your garage.
