Lamborghini Urus Hybrid gets pulled over by the German cops
The Lamborghini Urus Hybrid is being put through its paces at the Nurburgring. The SUV was at the track for the Industry Pool session, but on its way back, it was stopped by the German police.
We don’t know why the car was pulled over by the cops, however, some reports suggest that it could be because it didn’t have a front number plate. It is said that the Urus Hybrid test mule only had a rear license plate, which might be fine in Italy. But German laws are pretty strict when it comes to license plates.
The upcoming Urus will be powered by a plug-in hybrid. It could use the same twin-turbo V8 paired with a 25.9 kWh battery as the Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid.
The 2025 Lamborghini Urus Hybrid is expected to make its global debut by the end of this month.
