Lamborghini Museum is Paradise for Fans of the Brand
In his latest upload, Tim Burton of Shmee150 fame visits the Lamborghini museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. Being a museum, the place is home to all the past models of the brand including the 350 GT, Miura, Jalpa, Silhouette, Uracco and of course the Countach.
Apart from classics, the Lamborghini Museum also houses modern cars, concepts and special edition vehicles. An Aventador SVJ is casually parked outside, while the Huracan Performante sits on the museum floor.
Lamborghinis that have been featured in movies have also been put on display, among them is the grey Aventador from the Dark Knight Rises, Centenario from Transformers: The Last Knight and a grey Huracan from Doctor Strange.
Later, Tim visits the Ad Personam Studio where customers can customize their cars with special colors and materials. The studio has a highly personalized example of the Performante finished in metallic British Racing Green with Italian tricolor stripes both outside and inside the car.
The tour finally ends with a visit to centro stile – Lamborghini’s design studio and the birthplace of all of their models where Tim is greeted by Lamborghini’s car of the future: the Terzo Millenio. The Terzo Millenio, according to Lamborghini is what cars in the far future might look like and has future technologies like Carbon nanotubes, Supercapacitors and Self-healing Bodywork. While we might not see all of these technologies in a road car anytime soon, the company is currently preparing a hybrid hypercar for launch next year that will feature design elements from the other-worldly looking concept.
