Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut is here to Challenge the Chiron SS 300+

The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut could challenge the top speed record set by the Bugatti Chiron SS 300+.
Unlike the track-focused Jesko that was showcased at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, the Absolut is built for outright speed. It has a low drag configuration that is said to have a drag coefficient of just 0.278. This has been partly achieved by removing the active rear wing.
Power comes from the same 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that has a peak output of 1600 hp and 1106 lb-ft of torque. The engine drives the rear wheels via a 9-speed multi-clutch transmission.
