Koenigsegg Gemera, Jesko ready to catch a flight for Monterey Car Week
The production-spec Koenigsegg Gemera was unveiled last month. Thanks to images shared by @koenigseggjesko.registry, we can confirm that the 4-seat hypercar will be showcased at Pebble Beach, alongside a Jesko Attack.
The production version of the Gemera features several exterior changes. Koenigsegg will also offer a rear wing, an aggressive front splitter, an S-duct and other aero bits as part of the optional Ghost Package.
The Gemera will be available with two engine options. These include a V8 hybrid that makes 2300 hp and 2028 lb-ft of torque and the so-called “Tiny Friendly Giant engine” – an inline 3-cylinder motor paired with a hybrid system.
On the other hand, the Jesko is powered by a 5.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 that belts out 1280 hp on regular fuel and 1600 hp on E85. Peak torque is meaty 1106 lb-ft. The engine is bolted to a Light Speed Transmission (LST).
Koenigsegg showcased the same two cars at the Goodwood Festival of Speed earlier this month.
