Koenigsegg Agera for sale at RM Sotheby’s Paris auction; 1 of 7 built
RM Sotheby’s will have an interesting lot of hypercars on offer at its Paris auction in February 2025. Besides the Bugatti Centodieci, another ultra-rare model is a 2011 Koenigsegg Agera. With only 7 examples built, it’s even rarer than the Bugatti.
This particular Koenigsegg Agera was delivered to a client in Germany. It has an exposed matte carbon exterior and is said to be the first car with a satin finish. It has red “claw” stripes and turbine-style wheels designed to improve cooling and increase downforce. Speaking of downforce, the Agera also comes with an F1-inspired two-tier rear wing.
The interior of this Agera was originally finished in white. However, it now features black leather and Alcantara with red stitching. This car has also been associated with the “Ghost Squadron” tours and has been spotted at multiple events in the past.
The Agera is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 947 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Koenigsegg claims it can do 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds and will reach a top speed of 249 mph.
