Horacio Pagani shares the genesis of the Utopia & its timeless design

The Pagani Utopia is the Italy-based boutique brand’s third supercar in 25 years. Just like its predecessors, this one too is quite special, with the intricate attention to detail you expect in a masterpiece created by Horacio Pagani.

In a recent video released by the company, Pagani talks about the genesis of the Utopia. He shares the ideas, inspirations, and details that allowed him to bring the Pagani Utopia to life. Watch the video to know why he chose the name ‘Utopia’.

The Pagani Utopia is powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine developed by Mercedes-AMG. It produces 864 hp @ 6000 rpm and 811 lb-ft of torque @ 2800-5900 rpm. The engine can be mated to a 7-speed automated manual transmission or a pure manual. Hopefully, this one here is a manual.
