GMA T.33 prototype makes global debut at Goodwood
This year, Gordon Murray Automotive brought two prototype supercars to the Goodwood Members’ Meeting – the GMA T.50S Niki Lauda and the T.33. The former was seen lapping the racetrack recently, and now the T.33 prototype has made its dynamic debut.
The GMA T.33 is a limited-production supercar that is positioned below the T.50. It has a more conventional design, which is less extreme and is set up for touring.
Powering the T.33 is a Cosworth-built 3.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that revs to 11,100 rpm. The engine produces 607 hp @ 10,500 rpm and sounds absolutely magnificent.
The V12 engine is mated to an H-gate 6-speed manual gearbox. It can be operated via shift paddles and is claimed to deliver the fastest gear shift without the need for heavy multiple clutches.
