Having rolled out the final 1500 hp Bugatti Chiron, the factory is now getting ready to build the Mistral. With only 99 cars planned, demand for the open-top Chiron is high. In fact, build slots have already started popping up for sale.
In 2022, we reported about a Bugatti Mistral build slot that was quoted for $6.3 million – around $1.3 million over the base price. Now, a German dealer has listed another build slot with an asking price of $9.3 million!
The Bugatti Mistral is the first open-top hypercar based on the Chiron and the last model to feature the legendary 8.0-litre W16 engine. The 1600 hp behemoth is the same ‘Thor’ engine that powers the Chiron Super Sport and Centodieci.
Meanwhile, Bugatti is also gearing up to showcase the Chiron successor later this year.
