We had recently revealed that Bugatti was planning to unveil a one-off track hypercar soon. Well, now here’s the first teaser image.
This image just popped up on Bugatti’s official Instagram handle. It appears to show the tail lights of the new track car. The lights are arranged in an X-pattern – a design feature that isn’t new to the brand.
Recently, we have seen a similar design element on one of Bugatti’s track-focused offerings. You guessed it! We’re talking about the Chiron Pur Sport. The car’s rear fascia and the fixed spoiler form a similar X-pattern.
It should be amply clear by just looking at this teaser image that the new track car will be unlike any other Bugatti we’ve seen in recent times. We won’t be surprised if the car looks similar to the Vision Le Mans concept.
Besides, sources tell us that the track hypercar will get a proper old-school internal combustion engine. Which is good news, in our opinion. We can expect the 8.0-liter W16 cranked up to 1600 hp. The car could also be a lot lighter than the regular Chiron.
Are you guys excited for a brand new Bugatti?
