First pre-production Bugatti Mistral spotted in Molsheim sporting a two-tone spec
If you remember, the first Bugatti Mistral prototype was spotted on public roads all the way back in November 2023. The open-top hypercar is now inching closer to production. Here’s a video of the first pre-production mule, spotted recently in Molsheim.
This pre-production Mistral has a rather interesting spec. The car has a 2-tone color scheme with Brise and blue carbon on the lower sections.
The Bugatti Mistral is the only open-top model based on the current generation. It is also the last Bugatti to use the legendary 8.0-liter W16 engine. In its ‘Thor’ spec, this monstrous powerplant produces 1600 hp, which drives all four wheels via an all-wheel drive system.
Bugatti is building just 99 examples of the Mistral. Recently, a German dealer was offering a build slot for an eye-watering price of $9.3 million!
