First customer Koenigsegg Jesko gets a shakedown prior to delivery
Images of the first customer Koenigsegg Jesko surfaced online back in November last year. Since then, engineers have been busy putting the hypercar through its paces on public roads and on the track. It has now been signed off and is ready for delivery.
Before the first Jesko Attack is handed over to the customer, Koenigsegg held a special “handover ceremony” at its famous test track. This also gives us a chance to check out the spec on the very first Jesko that will soon be out on the streets.
This Jesko Attack is finished in Battle Grey and has a Lava Orange leather interior. It rides on 5-spoke centre-locking gold wheels and is equipped with orange brake calipers. We’re not sure about the gold wheels, but otherwise, the spec looks epic!
The Jesko is powered by a 5.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 that belts out 1280 hp on regular fuel and 1600 hp on E85. Peak torque is meaty 1106 lb-ft. The engine is bolted to a Light Speed Transmission (LST), which is claimed to be quicker than a dual-clutch transmission.
The first customer Koenigsegg Jesko Attack will be delivered by Esser Automotive.
