Ferrari Purosangue takes on a Lamborghini Urus in a drag race
The last time Carwow put out a Lamborghini drag race video, it raised quite a few eyebrows. Well, this week, Matt Watson rolled up in a Lamborghini Urus Performante to challenge a Ferrari Purosangue.
The Urus Performante is powered by the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, however, it has been tuned to produce 657 hp. It is more powerful and lighter than the standard Urus. The Performante is 0.2 seconds quicker to 60 mph and can reach a top speed of 190 mph.
Although the Purosangue has a similar size and weight, it has a different character altogether. The 6.5-liter V12 develops 725 hp, which is 68 hp more than the Urus, while peak torque is rated at 528 lb-ft. Ferrari claims a 0-62 mph time of 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph.
