This year, Ferrari is all set to introduce the 296 VS (Versione Speciale). The updated version of the mid-engined supercar is already in its final stages of development and is likely to be unveiled on April 29, 2025.

As per reports, the 296 facelift will borrow styling cues from the new F80 hypercar. It might have a similar rear spoiler, a bigger diffuser, an enclosed engine bay, and a more prominent exhaust. We might even see 5-spoke wheels similar to those offered on the F80.

It won’t merely be a cosmetic update, though. The new model will be lighter, and the V6 hybrid powertrain will pack a bigger punch. In its current tune, the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 delivers 819 hp and 546 lb-ft of torque.
