Detailing the only Glickenhaus Ferrari P4/5 in the world

Larry from Ammo NYC recently got a chance to detail one of his poster cars – the Glickenhaus Ferrari P4/5. In his latest video, Larry takes us through the intense process of detailing this one-off hypercar.

The Ferrari P4/5 was designed by Pininfarina for James Glickenhaus. It is based on the Ferrari Enzo but the styling is inspired by the 330 P4 from 1967. We think this modern interpretation of the P4 is one of the best looking Ferrari one-offs out there.

Unlike most collector cars, this one is actually driven regularly. So, when it was time for the car to head to Pebble Beach, it needed some TLC. The exterior required some paint correction to get rid of the swirls. The interior was wiped down, and so was the engine bay.

The P4/5 uses the same 6.0-liter V12 engine from the Enzo but produces 669 hp @ 7800 rpm and 485 @ 5500 rpm. The engine is bolted to a 6-speed automated manual transmission that drives the rear wheels.

Ferrari is building another P4-inspired hypercar. It’s the next model in the Icona series. The car will be based on the LaFerrari Aperta and will use the V12 engine from the 812 Competizione.
