Coolest kid gets picked up from school in an Aston Martin Valkyrie
You know you’re the coolest kid in school when your dad picks you up in an Aston Martin Valkyrie. It cannot get any cooler than this!
Tom Hartley Jnr is a UK-based supercar dealer. We’ve covered some of their videos earlier, including the world’s first street-legal Porsche 911 GT1 racecar was up for sale in February this year.
Tom recently posted a video on social media, in which he shares his son’s reaction to the Aston Martin Valkyrie. We agree that it’s not the most ideal car for the school run, and 1000+ hp is a tad excessive.

UK’s first customer Valkyrie was delivered last month. The supercar has since arrived at Topaz Detailing for PPF installation. It’s finished in a striking spec of Sunburst Yellow and Rosso Corsa and silver stripes, unlike the car driven by Tom Hartley in this video.
The Valkyrie is essentially a racecar for the road. It’s not the most comfortable, nor is it practical. The 6.5-liter, naturally-aspirated V12 engine that revs to 11,000 rpm is pretty thirsty. Not the ideal car for the daily school run.
