The following video shows the amount of work that goes into making a single 911 Carrera RS 2.7 body panel. It takes over 30 man hours to produce a single piece that is no less than a piece of art work. Aluminium panels are bent, cut and shaved to precise specifications. The wide body fenders are crafted out by welding together the panels and then smoothening off the welds. It is quite a painstaking process and of course all panels are built in Germany.
