Can you Guess how much a Porsche 935 Passenger Seat costs?
The Porsche 935 is a track-only supercar. To drive it on the racetrack, you don’t need a passenger seat and therefore it’s an optional extra. In case you’re wondering, a Porsche 935 passenger seat alone costs $10,000!
The Porsche 935 is based on the 911 GT2 RS and is inspired by the Le Mans racer dubbed ‘Mody Dick’. The car gets redesigned carbon fibre bodywork with a low front end and wide fenders. It has an elongated tail section with a large rear spoiler on top and aerodynamically capped red dish wheels.
Being a track car, the interior is stripped down to save weight. As you can see, even the optional passenger seat is a one-piece carbon backed unit that comes with its own racing harness.
Power comes from a twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six engine that produces 700 hp, which is paired to a seven-speed PDK transmission. The car is equipped with a race-optimized limited slip differential, PSM (Porsche Stability Management) including traction control as well as ABS.
Manny Khoshbin is among the 77 individuals who will get to own one. The car costs approximately $820,000.
