Bugatti Chiron Roadster’s X-shaped tail lights revealed!
Bugatti has released the second teaser of the upcoming Chiron Roadster. The latest video reveals its rear LED lights.
The Chiron Roadster has tail lights that appear to have been inspired by the X-shaped light signature of the Bugatti Bolide. It’s a pretty unique setup and features the illuminated Bugatti script in the centre.
Yesterday, the carmaker released the first teaser that gave us our first glimpse of the new hypercar’s headlamp design. The front lights comprise four horizontal LED elements stacked on top of each other.
Sources have told us that the roadster could feature a wraparound windshield and a removable soft top. It is said that with the top on, the vehicle will be limited to 155 mph. However, without the roof, it could reach 261 mph, making it one of the fastest open-top hypercars ever made.
The Chiron Roadster is said to be the final Bugatti model to feature the 8.0-liter W16 engine. It will also be the third model to use the mighty ‘Thor’ powertrain packing 1600 hp. The new hypercar will be unveiled at the Quail on August 19, 2022.
