Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport gets a parking ticket in London
The sun was out, and it couldn’t have been a better day for car spotting in London. The same, however, can’t be said for the owner of this Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport.
The hypercar was spotted in the upmarket Mayfair area of London and was instantly swarmed by car spotters. It was parked on one of the busy streets, and while everyone was busy taking pictures, a cop arrived and fined the owner for illegal parking.
This Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport was delivered to the UK. Earlier, it was listed for sale, and we suspect it is currently with a new owner. The car has a Satin White exterior with exposed carbon fibre elements. It has the number ’16’ painted on the horseshoe grille and is also equipped with optional aero-optimized wheels. If you recall, one of the first Chiron Pur Sports delivered by Bugatti had a similar spec.
The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is powered by an 8.0-liter, quad-turbo W16 engine, which pumps out 1500 hp and 1180 lb-ft. 0-62 mph comes up in 2.3 seconds, while top speed is limited to 217 mph. The Pur Sport is designed for the racetrack and features a stiffer suspension and shorter gear ratios. The aero is also tuned for higher downforce to aid cornering.
