Watch the Bugatti Bolide lap the Imola Circuit in pouring rain

Bugatti has been busy fine-tuning the Bolide before it is handed over to customers. The carmaker recently conducted a test at the Imola Circuit in Italy, during which the car’s wet weather setup was put to the test.

The Bugatti Bolide is the ultimate track weapon money can buy. It is powered by the legendary 8.0-liter W16 engine that generates 1577 hp and 1180 lb-ft of torque.

The Bolide is based on a bespoke carbon fibre chassis that has been developed to comply with LMh and LMDh regulations and meets all safety norms laid down by the FIA. It is said to have an insane power-to-weight ratio thanks to a dry weight of 1450 kg.
