Bizzarrini Giotto is an Italian supercar with a Cosworth V12 engine
The Bizzarrini Giotto is an all-new Italian supercar designed by the legendary Giorgetto Giugiaro and his son Fabrizio. The first images of the car have just been released, along with a few technical details.
The Bizzarrini Giotto is being touted as a “Hyper GT” – a term, which is becoming increasingly popular among supercar makers of late. While we aren’t sure about the “GT” part, the car certainly has the looks of a hypercar.
We can also expect hypercar levels of performance, as the Giotto uses a Cosworth-sourced V12. The 6626cc block is a nod to Giotto Bizzarrini’s birthdate, June 6, 1926. It will be mated with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Production of the Bizzarrini Giotto is still some time away. The first prototypes are expected to begin road trials by the end of next year.
