Bentley CEO Adrian Hallmark steps down; to head Aston Martin

Adrian Hallmark has stepped down from his role as Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors with immediate effect.

Following this announcement, Aston Martin has confirmed that Hallmark will head the brand as its new Chief Executive Officer from October 1, 2024.

Adrian Hallmark was appointed as the CEO of Bentley in February 2018. Under his watch, the brand launched several new luxury models, with the aim of making Bentley the most sustainable luxury vehicle brand by 2030.

From 1999 to 2005, Hallmark was board member for sales and marketing at Bentley. For 25 years he has worked at the board level for international automotive companies in the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.

Adrian Hallmark said, “Bentley has had a great influence on me. To redefine luxury mobility for the future with such a strong brand is a task that I took on with full commitment and great pleasure. The time has now come for me to turn to new challenges. I would like to express warm thanks to the entire Bentley team for all that we have achieved together in the last few years.“
