Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake revealed

Back in August 2016, Aston Martin confirmed that it will build a shooting brake version of the Vanquish Zagato. Well, here it is. The Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake has just been revealed and it looks magnificent!

Despite its estate/wagon-like proportions, the Shooting Brake is a two-seater. It features the classic double-bubble roof that’s synonymous with Zagato. It hides an expansive luggage compartment which is lined in the highest quality hides.

Like the other three Zagato models, the Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake is powered by a 5.9-liter, naturally-aspirated V12 engine that delivers 592 hp. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Aston is yet to disclose the performance figures, however the Shooting Brake is expected be slightly slower compared to the Coupe and Volante.

Only 99 units of the Shooting Brake are planned. Aston Martin has already announced that it is building 99 Coupes, 99 Volantes and 28 Speedsters and that all have been already spoken for. That said, the Shooting Brake is likely to cost around $650,000.
