Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro imagined as Zonda HP Barchetta-style speedster

What if Aston Martin made a Zonda HP Barchetta-style speedster based on its flagship V12 hypercar? @lmm23design has created just that. They call it the Valkyrie AMR-One.

When we first saw these images, the first thing that came to mind was the HP Barchetta. However, the designer actually took inspiration from the open-cockpit Le Mans race cars.

The Valkyrie AMR Pro looks fantastic without the cockpit canopy. The wraparound windshield has been replaced with a short wind deflector. It also gets LMP1-style rollover hoops behind the seats.

Moving towards the rear of the car, the intake scoop has been retained along with the shark fin. The massive rear spoiler is also the same as the standard model. The exterior is dressed in Aston Martin Racing Green with Liquid Silver accents.

The Valkyrie AMR Pro is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that revs to 11000 rpm. It’s a pure naturally-aspirated V12 without any electric assistance, unlike the road-legal Valkyrie.
