Lamborghini Huracan successor to be called Temerario?
Lamborghini has filed a trademark with the European Intellectual Property Office for the name ‘Temerario’.
Lamborghini has a couple of new products in the pipeline, including the Huracan successor. Whether it will be called ‘Temerario’ remains to be seen.
‘Temerario’ means ‘reckless’ in Italian. Also, Lamborghini is known to name their supercars after Spanish fighting bulls and ‘Reckless’ seems like an apt name for one.
The Huracan successor could debut later this month at the Lamborghini Arena in Imola, Italy. Is rumored to be powered by a high-revving twin-turbo V8 engine paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Lamborghini’s latest flagship hypercar, the Revuelto, is also named after a famous bull that fought in Barcelona in August 1880. The word ‘Revuelto’ means ‘unruly’.
