You can rev the 2024 Ford Mustang engine remotely via the key fob

The 2024 Ford Mustang has a quirk that will make you the most hated person in your neighbourhood.
The Mustang comes with what Ford calls “Remote Rev”. Guess what, it allows the user to rev the engine in your Mustang remotely. Activating it is quite simple, as shown in this handy video posted by Ford:
All you need to do is press the lock and unlock buttons sequentially within 3 seconds. Once this is done, the car will rev the engine to 2000 rpm to indicate that the feature has been enabled. Now, press the two buttons again, and the engine will rev three times up to 5000 rpm.
Remote Rev is available on the 5.0-liter V8 Automatic models and those powered by the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine equipped with Ford Active Exhaust.
