Koenigsegg Agera Successor “Ragnarok” to be Limited to 125 Units

Koenigsegg has confirmed that the Agera successor will be unveiled at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show in March. As reported by us earlier, the supercar is internally referred to as Ragnarok. However, according to a Swedish daily, the production version will have a different name. Production will be limited to just 125 units, out of which 72 have already been spoken for.

The Koenigsegg Ragnarok is rumoured to be powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine as its predecessor. However, the reports suggest that it could rev to 9000 rpm and will make 1440 hp. It will also be lighter than the Agera, which means it will be faster than the record-setting Agera RS.

The Agera successor will go into production in the next 2 years. We can expect the remaining units to be sold out post the Geneva unveiling. So, if you are among the handful who can afford a hypercar like this, go ahead and book one. I’m sure, you wouldn’t be disappointed.
