1 of 1 Maybach Exelero spotted at Motorworld, Stuttgart

An extremely rare, one-off Maybach Exelero was recently spotted at Motorworld in Stuttgart. It was built in 2004 by Daimler- the owners of Maybach. The car commissioned by Goodyear tires for its German subsidiary to test a new generation of tires.
The design of the Exelero is quite unique, although it is based on Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren from its time. Measuring almost 6 meters in length, the Exelero is certainly a looker.
The Maybach Exelero is powered by a 5.9-liter, twin-turbo V12 engine that produces 691 hp and 752 lb-ft of torque. This massive powerplant is mated to a 5-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to the rear wheels.
It was allegedly bought by rapper Birdman in 2011 for an estimated $8 million!
