708 hp Hennessey C8 Corvette Convertible unveiled; the Cybertruck killer!

Hennessey Performance has revealed a highly tuned version of the C8 Corvette Convertible. The Supercharged H700 package is capable of destroying the Tesla Cybertruck in a drag race.

The H700 C8 Corvette is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine boosted by a high-performance supercharger. Hennessey has also fitted an air induction system with an air-to-water intercooler and an enhanced cat-back exhaust system.

In addition to the hardware upgrade, the H700 package also includes recalibrated engine software, resulting in a peak output of 708 hp and 638 lb-ft of torque. That’s 44% more horsepower and 37% more torque than the stock motor. It is also higher than a stock C8 Corvette Z06.

Hennessey recently pitted the H700 C8 Corvette against a Tesla Cybertruck. Here’s a video of the drag race:
