510 HP Hennessey Corvette C8 takes on stock Lamborghini Huracan

On paper, a 2020 Corvette C8 with 510 hp should be no match for a 602 hp Lamborghini Huracan.

As you can see, the Corvette loses out to the Huracan on every occasion. However, what’s interesting is how the ‘Vette sprints away initially after a standing start and in a roll race. That could be down to the grip available from the Hoosier race tires. As a matter of fact, the Corvette C8 also has a Hennessey stainless steel exhaust and lightweight wheels.

That said, it will be interesting to see how Hennessey’s 650 hp Corvette C8 fares against the Huracan in a drag race. That car has a stainless steel exhaust and a nitrous kit. It clocked a top speed of 205 mph, which is similar to what the Lambo would do given an open stretch of road.
