$5 million Bugatti Mistral spotted on the streets of Monaco
The Bugatti Mistral was in Monaco last month, and photographer and car spotter Doriann760 was on the scene to capture this magnificent hypercar on the streets of the principality.
The Mistral is the first and only open-top hypercar based on the Chiron platform. We think it’s one of the best-looking models in Bugatti’s line-up. The photographer couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop than the French Riviera. Speaking of which, we can expect Monaco to host a few Mistrals once deliveries begin.
The Bugatti Mistral uses the same 8.0-liter W16 engine from the $10 million Centodieci and Chiron Super Sport. Unlike the standard Chiron, this legendary motor develops 1600 hp.
The design of the Mistral draws inspiration from various Bugatti models from the recent past, such as the Veyron Barchetta concept and the Divo, while the rear end draws inspiration from the track-only Bugatti Bolide.
