2025 Porsche 911 Turbo S facelift spied without camouflage
The Porsche 911 Turbo S is due for an update later this year. We did get our first glimpse of the updated model a few months back when it popped up on the official configurator. Now, a prototype with little to no camouflage has been spotted on public roads.
This image, which was posted to Reddit, reveals most of the changes made to the 911 Turbo S as part of the 992.2 update. Porsche has subtle design tweaks to the rear fascia of the car. It includes a new rear bumper with a black insert, new quad exhaust tips, and reprofiled LED taillights connected by an LED light bar. The new 911 Turbo S will carry forward the same retractable rear spoiler.
Rumors suggest that the upcoming 911 Turbo 992.2 will feature Porsche’s T-Hybrid system. The Turbo will be rear-wheel drive with 640 hp, while the Turbo S will have all-wheel drive and around 710 hp. Currently, the 911 Turbo uses a 3.7-liter twin-turbo flat-6 engine that produces 572 hp and 640 hp in Turbo and Turbo S trims, respectively.
