2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 global debut on July 25

The hottest version of the C8 Corvette will debut next month. Chevrolet has just announced that the Corvette ZR1 will be revealed on July 25, 2024.

The 2025 Corvette ZR1 promises more power and track-focused handling. The mid-engined sports car will also get a reworked aero package featuring an aggressive front splitter and a large fixed wing at the back.

The C8 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is rumored to be powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine. It is likely to use the same 5.5-liter block as the Z06. The overall output could be around 850 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque, while transmission duties will be handled by an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic.

The Corvette ZR1 has already been spotted testing at the Nurburgring. Given the fact that the ZR1 will go up against some European heavyweights, we can expect it to set a quick lap time around this famous racetrack.
