2024 Aston Martin V8 Vantage spied with DB12-esque updates
While we eagerly wait for the unveiling of the Aston Martin DB12, the British sports carmaker is putting the final touches on the 2024 V8 Vantage.
The all-new Aston Martin V8 Vantage was recently spotted near the Nurburgring in Germany. As you can see, the test mule was wrapped in camouflage. However, you will still be able to make out some of the design changes.
The rear of the car looks similar to the outgoing version. It has an integrated ducktail spoiler with slim LED taillights, quad exhausts and a large diffuser.
The front is where most of the changes have been made. The classic Aston grille has been reshaped slightly. The headlamps have also re-profiled. Moreover, they look quite similar to those on the upcoming DB12.
Inside, the V8 Vantage is expected to get several updates, especially when it comes to the infotainment system. It could get Aston’s in-house software and a digital instrument cluster.
The new V8 Vantage is likely to be powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine, much like its predecessor. We can expect a slight bump in performance, however, we still don’t know the exact details of the powertrain.
The spy photographer was also able to capture the 2024 Vantage Roadster in action. The images reveal a fabric roof similar to the outgoing version.
