2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 revealed; Official debut on October 26

Chevrolet has released the first official images of the upcoming Corvette Z06. The car seen in this image is the standard version. Looks like Chevy has saved the hardcore Z07 for later, as the car is set to make its debut on October 26.

The biggest highlight of the 2023 Corvette Z06 will be its engine. The 5.5-liter V8 now features a flat-plane crankshaft and is said to produce over 600 hp.

The Z07 package adds some track-focused bits to the car, including a more aggressive aero package with an active rear spoiler. It will also come with race-tuned suspension, carbon ceramic brakes, and carbon-fiber wheels.

That said, the standard Z06 looks quite sporty as well. Apart from minor cosmetic changes, the car appears to have a revised front bumper and fenders. The Z06 misses out on the large active spoiler. Instead, it gets a subtle lip spoiler.
