16-year-old learning to drive in a Lamborghini Aventador SV

Which was the car you took driving lessons in back when you were a teenager? I’m sure it wasn’t a Lamborghini Aventador SV, like this bloke.

A 16-year-old was recently spotted driving an Aventador SV with a learner permit in Melbourne, Australia. According to Melbourne Car Spotters, he was picked up from school in the supercar, which is something we mortals can only dream of, let alone taking driving lessons in one.

It has also been reported that the Aventador SV was being “driven sensibly”. Although, I’m sure the temptation of the flooring the throttle must’ve been strong.

Despite its age, the Aventador SV is a serious piece of kit. The 6.5-liter V12 engine develops 740 hp, which enables the car to sprint from 0-62 mph in just 2.8 seconds. Its top speed is pegged at 217 mph.
