This Stock Toyota Supra has 500K Miles on it

The Japanese have a reputation for building reliable cars. So, a stock Toyota Supra with 500k miles shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The more surprising bit though is the fact that this half a million mile Toyota Supra has stock internals. Now, that’s a rare on a 1990 Toyota Supra with a 3.0-liter 2JZ engine under the hood. It is an in-line 6-cylinder engine, naturally aspirated in the base-spec seen here. It made 220 hp when it left the factory more than 25 years ago

Nowadays, if you find a Supra it usually has at least two turbochargers bolted to it. Dale Thomas, the owner of this pristine example has taken good care of his Supra for all these years and hence, even today with 520,590 miles on the odometer, the original engine still drives like new.
